At this time, we do not provide an express service.

How can I check if my curtains qualify for free pick-up and delivery with a min. spend of RM 200?

Charges are based on the actual weight of your curtains, determined by weighing them. As a guideline, blackout curtains generally weigh 3-5 kg per piece, while sheer curtains weigh 1-1.75 kg per piece. The actual weight may vary based on curtain type and ceiling height. We will confirm the precise weight once your curtains are received at our facility

Are there any warranties or guarantees for your cleaning services?

We offer a reclean guarantee if you are not satisfied with the cleaning results.

Can you dismantle and reinstall my curtains?

Currently, we do not offer dismantling or reinstallation services.

What if my curtain order does not meet the minimum for free delivery?

If your order does not meet the minimum spend for free delivery, we will charge the delivery fee based on Lalamove's rates.

Will dry cleaning or wet washing completely remove stains?

While we strive to address stains effectively, complete removal is not always possible due to fabric conditions and stain severity. We will inform you of any noticeable stains before starting the cleaning process. If you request stain removal, we will make every effort but cannot guarantee 100% removal or be responsible for any potential damage.

Did our normal wash laundry here twice and I figure they deserve 5 stars. Both times are multiple bags/loads and washed clean, returned within 2 days. Tried out their dryclean and looked good. The pickup and return went smoothly too. Recommended!

Very pleased with the excellent pick up / delivery laundry services that V Clean Laundry has provided us during our trip to KL. Staff were very friendly, had great communication skills and are very attentive to all our laundry requests. Always quick to answer our questions, excellent customer service which I believe is the most important aspect of any business. Items requested for ironing are ironed impeccably and clothing are not overly scented which suited my partner and myself. Would recommend everyone to give them a go, prices are very reasonable too!
