Our standard handwashing service for soft toys is typically completed and returned within 7 days. Please note that during peak times, processing may take a bit longer.

Do you provide an express soft toys cleaning service?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer an express cleaning service for soft toys.

How do you determine the pricing for soft toy cleaning?

We’ll provide an initial price estimate based on the height of your soft toy. Once the toy arrives at our shop, we will remeasure it to confirm the final price. For example, if your soft toy is 50 cm tall, the cleaning fee would be RM 50.

How often should I clean my soft toys?

  • For soft toys that are used daily, we recommend a deep cleaning at least every six months.
  • For soft toys that are mainly decorative or used less often, an annual cleaning should be sufficient.
  • If you have pets, consider cleaning the soft toy monthly to remove pet hair and allergens.

Regular cleaning helps maintain your soft toys, extending their lifespan and keeping them a cherished part of your collection.

Can you repair my soft toys before cleaning them?

Unfortunately, we don't offer repair services for soft toys.

Our handwashing service for soft toys includes stain removal. While we will do our best to remove all stains, we can’t guarantee that every stain will be completely removed. The effectiveness of stain removal can depend on factors like the type of stain and how long it has been set.

Can I combine different orders to qualify for free pick-up and delivery?

Absolutely! You can combine multiple orders into one bill to meet the minimum amount required for free pick-up and delivery.

Did our normal wash laundry here twice and I figure they deserve 5 stars. Both times are multiple bags/loads and washed clean, returned within 2 days. Tried out their dryclean and looked good. The pickup and return went smoothly too. Recommended!

Very pleased with the excellent pick up / delivery laundry services that V Clean Laundry has provided us during our trip to KL. Staff were very friendly, had great communication skills and are very attentive to all our laundry requests. Always quick to answer our questions, excellent customer service which I believe is the most important aspect of any business. Items requested for ironing are ironed impeccably and clothing are not overly scented which suited my partner and myself. Would recommend everyone to give them a go, prices are very reasonable too!
